October Letters is the third single from Be Svendsen’s acclaimed debut album ‘Between A Smile And A Tear’
The track features the beautiful melancholic vocals of Kamilla Kovacs.
‘October Letters’ describes a downfall after great euphoria. The individual’s return to the human experience of seperation, after a state of oneness.
The text is inspired by a chapter in Be Svendsen’s great great grandfather’s famous book from 1923 – ‘The Philosopher’s Stone’ (J.Anker Larsen).
The release includes a ‘Radio Edit’ & a New Version ‘Page Two’ which is a more club/DJ friendly version.
Be Svendsen is currently on a world tour, with a sold out London show coming up together with an in-store performance at Rough Trade East to support the launch of the Album on Vinyl & CD.
Be Svendsen’s rise in the electronic genre is growing rapidly month on month with current Spotify listening figures at 283k pm.
His previous singles & remixes are now over 1m streams each. With radio support for his last single ‘Drop The Gun’ from Pete Tong (BBCR1) Nemone (BBC6music) and a host
of well known club DJ’s worldwide, together with a packed schedule of festivals & live shows in 2019, we are predicting great things for this artist in 2019.
