Boom Clap Bachelors is a collective of live musicians, producers and DJs out of Copenhagen, Denmark. The music embodies the essence of raw and uncensored love for music of all genres with a contemporary view on production styles and ideas.
The collective was founded in 2005 with the release of the self-titled album Boom Clap Bachelors. It provided the outlet for future collaboration.
Members of the group include Ronni Vindahl, David Cytryn, Robin Hannibal, Nikolaj Koch and Thomas Bisballe. The music spans from Electro, Tech, broken beats to Disco, futuristic Soul and Hip Hop. It’s the love for all genres and the diversity of music that inspires and motivates Boom Clap, drawing on a wealth of different influences, working outside of genre definitions and basically thinking out of the box are pivotal points in the Boom Clap work ethics.
Boom Clap smoothly combines singer/songwriting and Electronica with Soul and Hip Hop influenced beats. The result is an eclectic, poetic and futuristic affair with an international sound.
